In brief: as of 22 September 2026 there are no independent reviews of Fayz Finance on any of the thirteen platforms we went through: the company has no listings on Google Maps, Yandex Maps or 2GIS, no Trustpilot profile, searches on Otzovik and iRecommend return nothing, there are no apps on Google Play or the App Store, and there is no public Telegram channel or media coverage either. The company presents itself on its website fayzfin.org; the Sogdium editorial team visited its office in Urgench on 22 September 2026. Terms, amounts and the markup are covered in a separate piece: Fayz Finance review.

How to read this. The absence of reviews is not an assessment of the company but a fact: it has no public footprint yet. That means you will have to rely not on other people's experience but on documents: the contract, the payment schedule and a check of the legal entity in the regulator's register.

Sogdium editorial check

The Sogdium editorial team visited the company's office in Urgench at 23 Uzbekistanskaya Street on 22 September 2026, reviewed the permit documents on site and confirmed that the organization operates at the stated address. The check found no signs that a fraudulent scheme operates under the name Fayz Finance. This is a check of the fact that the office works, not an audit of the products: the final amount, the markup and the payment schedule are still set by the contract, which is worth reading before signing. More in the "Sogdium editorial check" section of the review.

What is known about the company

  • Positioning: "Fayz Finance" MChJ, Islamic financing — murabaha, ijara and trade murabaha for entrepreneurs.
  • Amounts from 1 to 50 million soums, terms from 3 to 24 months, the murabaha markup is from 22% per annum; for ijara and trade murabaha it is not disclosed.
  • No cash is handed out: a specific good or asset is financed. Early settlement — with no additional payments and with a rebate on the remaining markup under the ibra principle.
  • Office: Urgench, 23 Uzbekistanskaya Street; working hours according to the website — Monday–Saturday, 9:00–19:00; the stated contact channel is Telegram.

A full breakdown of the terms, a sample calculation and the legal framework of Islamic financing in Uzbekistan are in the Fayz Finance review.

Not to be confused with Fayz reestr LLC

Some of the queries about "reviews" and "closure" refer to a company with a similar name — Fayz reestr LLC. It is an investment intermediary on the securities market: according to the announcement of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" of 11 September 2026, the company voluntarily ceased its activity on the capital market effective 10 September 2026 (uzse.uz). A different legal entity, a different line of business, a different website — fayzr.uz; details are in the corresponding section of the review. As of 22 September 2026 we did not find any publicly available reviews of Fayz reestr either; if they appear, they have nothing to do with Fayz Finance.

What to look for in reviews of an Islamic MFO

The checklist is built around the contract clauses that most often lead to disputes between microfinance organizations and their customers.

  1. The markup in the contract vs the one promised. Compare the total amount in soums and the monthly payment with what the calculator showed or the manager quoted.
  2. The rebate for early settlement. A rebate on the remaining markup under the ibra principle is a contract term, not an automatic rule: look at exactly how it is described.
  3. The procedure for late payment. In Islamic products, a penalty must not become the company's income; usually it is a charity commitment — check the wording and the amount.
  4. Who owns the goods at each stage. In murabaha the company buys the goods first; in ijara the asset remains with the company until the last payment.
  5. Decision speed and how Telegram support works. If the only contact channel is a messenger, keep the correspondence: it will be useful when contacting the Central Bank.
  6. Reporting to the credit bureau. In the first quarter of 2026 the Central Bank fined the MFOs Shaffof-moliya 201 million soums and Tezcoin 156 million soums — including for non-compliance with debt burden requirements, violations of the procedure for handling appeals and late reporting of credit histories to the bureau (Gazeta.uz, 1 July 2026).

For scale: in the first half of 2026 the Central Bank received more than 4,100 appeals — 6.9% more than a year earlier; the largest category is bank loans (about 2,000 appeals), followed by cards and fraud (956) (Zamin.uz, 19 September 2026; appeal statistics are on the Central Bank's website).

How to check the company before signing a contract

  • Ask for the name of the legal entity, the INN (STIR) and the license number and look them up in the MFO register of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan: it offers a search by name, license number and INN, and an export of the list to Excel.
  • Cross-check the legal entity against open registration data (orginfo.uz, my.gov.uz) — do the name and address match what you are told.
  • Get the contract in hand before signing and check the total amount, the schedule and the early settlement terms.
  • Do not share card details, the CVV or codes from SMS or OneID over the phone or in correspondence: they are not needed to apply.

How to leave a review and where to complain

  • A review can be left on public platforms — in the organization's listing on Google Maps, Yandex Maps or 2GIS (once a listing appears), on Otzovik or iRecommend. Specifics — the date of contact, the product, the amount, what was promised and what happened — are more useful than a star rating.
  • A complaint about a microfinance organization is filed with the Central Bank: the online form — cbu.uz/ru/services/citizens/send, the unified appeals platform — murojaat.gov.uz, the call center — 1800, the hotline — +998 71 200-00-44 (the appeals section on the Central Bank's website).
  • Attach the contract, the payment schedule, receipts and your correspondence with the company to the appeal: without documents the regulator has nothing to go on.

Updates
