The gap between 1.6 on Trustpilot and 4.4 on TradingView is not a contradiction but a difference in the nature of the platforms: people come to Trustpilot and Otzovik to solve a problem, so stories about blocked funds dominate there, while app stores and TradingView collect ratings from the mass audience. Low Trustpilot scores are in fact the industry norm: Binance's Trustpilot rating is hidden altogether by the platform for a breach of its guidelines; see our Binance review. BingX's TradingView profile has a skew of its own: in mid and late December 2025 a dense wave of five-star reviews arrived there, some of which directly mention voting for the platform in the TradingView broker awards. The practical conclusion from all the numbers is the same: everyday trading goes normally for most users, and the risk concentrates at the moment of withdrawing a large sum and in disputed situations.
What users complain about
- Frozen withdrawals and endless checks. The dominant storyline on Trustpilot: users describe withdrawal restrictions after an incoming payment, demands for video verification and review deadlines that are extended without result; the sums in these stories range from fifteen hundred to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Trustpilot does not provide direct links to individual reviews, so the data is from the general review page.
- Account restrictions after the exchange's own promotions. A review by Alexey Golyakov dated 8 August 2026 on Trustpilot: after using the official Position Voucher promotion, the account was flagged for "unusual activity", the profit was written off, and the withdrawal failed the check. A similar complaint on TradingView: "Don't go into copy trading with vouchers, they won't reimburse you anything under various pretexts!" (translated from Russian) — user sefero1082, 23 July 2026.
- Templated support. Auto-replies instead of solutions, correspondence only by email and chat, cases hanging for months. A review on Otzovik dated 31 August 2025 is about being required to re-record video verification from scratch.
- Mistaken deposits. A review on Otzovik dated 2 July 2026: the user sent 1,450 USDT to a contract address instead of a wallet address and received no help recovering it.
- Execution and liquidity outside the top pairs: slippage, a "jumpy" price, order delays (Otzovik reviews dated 25 November 2025 and 29 July 2026).
What users praise
- Copy trading. User ytzlend, 17 December 2025: "I like the intuitive interface and social trading, where you can copy the trades of experienced users" (translated from Russian) (TradingView does not link to individual reviews; the quote is from the general review page).
- Interface and futures execution. User Rap_Vnuk, 25 December 2025: "A convenient platform for trading perpetual futures. I liked the TradingView integration, fast order execution and clear interface" (translated from Russian) (same source).
- P2P with rubles and bonuses. A review on Otzovik dated 25 March 2024 (5 out of 5), "Pros" section: "There's P2P to the ruble, works with SBER and TINKOFF! Gives discounts on fees!" (translated from Russian).
Quotes
"Transferred funds via a P2P transaction, support has been unable to solve the problem for 4 hours now. […] Record a video, provide receipts, re-record the video." (translated from Russian) — review on Otzovik, 30 January 2026, rated 1 out of 5.
"It works, convenient in places" / "All the 'ailments' of other similar exchanges are present here too." (translated from Russian) — pros and cons from a review on Otzovik, 23 March 2026, rated 3 out of 5.
FAQ
What should I do if my account is blocked? Gather proof of the origin of funds (statements, transaction hashes), complete the requested verification, and record ticket numbers and dates. The prospects of litigation against an offshore exchange are weak, so the basic protection is not to keep on the platform a sum you are not prepared to lose, and to have a second withdrawal route.
