There is no standalone Wallet app on the App Store or Google Play for the queries "Wallet in Telegram" and "Telegram Wallet" on the Uzbekistan storefronts as of 27 September 2026, but the results for "Telegram Wallet" include Gram Wallet apps (Google Play — My Wallet Apps Ltd., 2nd position; App Store — Anyway Labs FZCO, 1st position): these are not Wallet, and the editorial team has not checked any link to the Gram Wallet in Durov's post (see "What not to confuse Telegram Wallet with"). According to Diyorbek Mukhammedov, Wallet's regional director in Uzbekistan (Spot, 11 September 2026), "Wallet is available to users directly in the messenger's settings" (translated from Russian).

Telegram Wallet reviews from Uzbekistan: what we found

Keywords. "Wallet": wallet, walet, валлет, воллет, кошелёк/кошелек (Russian for "wallet") and forms beginning with "кошельк-", hamyon. "Uzbekistan": узбек, uzbek, o‘zbek (any apostrophe), ўзбек, ташкент, tashkent, humo, хумо, uzcard, узкард, the Russian forms of "soum" — «сум», «сумы», «сумов», «сумах», «сумам», «сумами» — so‘m, uzs, asterium, астериум. The same keywords were applied to the texts on Trustpilot and iRecommend and to the titles and previews on Otzovik (full texts opened for 6 of 95, the rest hit a captcha). In the keyword-filtered export from Google Play: of the 84,200 Russian-language reviews, 118 contain "wallet" keywords, and only one of those also contains "Uzbekistan" keywords; none of the 9,200 Uzbek-language reviews contain "wallet" keywords. Dates are in Tashkent time (UTC+5), collected on 27 September 2026.

Google Play: "partners in Uzbekistan for p2p". Akhmadjon Musaev (Google Play, Telegram listing, 1 star, 27 August 2026): "for how the wallet works I give I give zero", "the wallet itself has a ton of restrictions endless transaction checks and all that they have partners in Uzbekistan for p2p whose addresses also don't pass the check as they write" (translated from Russian). As of 27 September 2026, there is no reply under the review; the text does not make clear which version of Wallet it refers to.

Mukhammedov (Spot, 11 September 2026) on the P2P marketplace: "We don't have that in Uzbekistan" (translated from Russian).

Trustpilot: withdrawal blocked before the launch in Uzbekistan. The author None No one, with the UZ label (Trustpilot, 1 star, 29 July 2025 in Tashkent time, 28 July in UTC), writes that after full verification "my withdrawal was suddenly blocked without any valid reason", and that support replied that "my account is permanently restricted according to clause 10.2 of the User Agreement". Wallet replied on 29 July 2025: "account restrictions may result from various factors, which we cannot disclose due to security and compliance policies". The withdrawal attempt the author describes took place on 23 May 2025, before TGHAMYON was granted its license on 18 July 2025; the review was published on 29 July 2025, before Wallet began operating in Uzbekistan on 9 December 2025; the review does not make clear which legal entity served the author.

In the current Wallet user agreement for Uzbekistan (collected on 27 September 2026), clause 10.2 allows the service, at its own discretion, to suspend or terminate access, with or without notice (editorial translation).

Telegram Wallet reviews in search results: which version of the service

According to a Wallet help article (updated on 8 September 2026, editorial translation), residents of Uzbekistan are served by TGHAMYON LLC under license CD#0006, and non-residents by TG Wallet Inc. (Panama) under a separate agreement. Review authors (collected on 27 September 2026):

  • Otzovik: Russia — 77 of 95 authors, not specified — 4, Uzbekistan — none;

What users complain about and praise in Telegram Wallet reviews

Blocks and checks. On Otzovik, Enterteinment42 (Russia, 1 star, 12 February 2024) titled the review "Blocks funds without explanation, support silent for 30 days" (translated from Russian). On Trustpilot, Denis Tikhomirov (NL label, 1 star, 23 September 2026) writes that after 888 USDT arrived, "Wallet placed my deposit under review"; Wallet replied on 24 September 2026 that "in certain cases such reviews must be performed in order for the service to stay secure and reliable" — and reported the outcome: "The process of the review has been completed and you can withdraw your funds at any time, there are no restrictions from our end". The review has not been updated since the reply (collected on 27 September 2026).

Support. CryptoFix (iRecommend, 23 August 2026): "The complaint to support got nowhere" (translated from Russian). Frank Keller (Trustpilot, SG label, 5 stars, 25 September 2026): "The wallet support team was always very responsive".

Does Wallet respond to reviews, and where to write

On Trustpilot, the company has replied to 239 of the 255 reviews in our export (collected on 27 September 2026). Wallet support is the @wallet_supportbot bot, listed in the descriptions of the @wallet_news_uz channel and the @wallet_chat_Uzbekistan chat (collected on 27 September 2026). In a Trustpilot reply of 15 July 2025, Wallet wrote that messages "in the @wallet bot remain without response".

Wallet's license in Uzbekistan: what to verify

NAPP register as of 27 September 2026 (entries checked against the table):

What not to confuse Telegram Wallet with

Pavel Durov on 31 August 2026: "Gram Wallet in Telegram is ready and is now accessible to a select group of users". On 4 September 2026, Wallet's channel in Uzbekistan called Gram hamyoni (Gram Wallet) and Wallet "Ikki xil mahsulot" — "two different products" (translated from Uzbek). These posts do not state whether Gram Wallet is available in Uzbekistan or who operates it there.
