In brief: as of 24 September 2026, there are no reviews of COINPAY with public ratings on any of the seven platforms checked — the App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, Yandex Maps, Google Maps, Otzovik and iRecommend (on 28 September 2026 a coinpay.uz profile appeared on Trustpilot with no reviews, not claimed by the company); 2GIS could not be checked because of a captcha. COINPAY LLC (2 Furkat Street, Tashkent) has no app of its own in the stores and no business listing on Yandex Maps or Google Maps (2GIS not checked), and according to Spot of 28 May 2025, Binance "continues to operate in Uzbekistan through an official partner — the company Coinpay" (translated from Russian). In the 9,580 most recent Russian- and Uzbek-language reviews of Binance on Google Play (collected on 24 September 2026), Coinpay is not mentioned once; users from Uzbekistan write about deposits in soums from Humo and Uzcard cards, the shutdown of P2P and whether the service is legal. COINPAY's licenses — crypto exchange CE #0004 and crypto store CS #0011 — are listed in the register of the National Agency of Perspective Projects (NAPP) (breakdown of the register).

Coinpay and Binance: how the services are linked and why we look at Binance reviews

According to a Coinpay announcement of 28 January 2025, users in Uzbekistan can "officially use a solution created by the Binance crypto exchange through a joint platform: coinpay.uz/binance" (translated from Russian). Spot, 28 January 2025: the service makes it possible to "deposit and withdraw funds in the national currency via bank cards and local payment systems" (translated from Russian).

The service has no separate app in the stores, so we checked reviews of the Binance app. Summary of the data export of 24 September 2026:

  • Google Play, Binance: the 6,000 most recent reviews in Russian (since 8 February 2024) and 3,580 in Uzbek (since 27 March 2020) — Coinpay is not mentioned in either the reviews or Binance's replies;
  • the Uzbekistan App Store feed: 105 reviews on 3 pages, from 16 April 2021 to 9 July 2026 — none of them mentions Coinpay.

Below are Binance reviews from this export, selected by keywords: the text contains «узбек», «o‘zbek» (with any apostrophe or none), «uzbek», «uzcard», «узкард», «humo», «хумо», «uzs», «узсум» or «so‘m»; dates from 28 January 2025 to 24 September 2026, Tashkent time (UTC+5). None of these reviews names Coinpay, and the text does not allow a review to be linked to the Coinpay service.

What Binance users from Uzbekistan complain about

Depositing and withdrawing soums — six reviews in the keyword export («пополн», «вывод», «вывес», «pul kirit», «chiqar», «deposit», «withdraw», «tuwur»), from 10 June 2025 to 8 April 2026; one of them is praise (see below). Ruslan Murtazayev (Google Play, 1 star, 12 January 2026): "С трудом пополнил узбекским самом, а купить на суммы ничего нельзя в бинанс…" ("I barely managed to top up with Uzbek soums, and you can't buy anything with soums on Binance…"). ("why did they remove P2P in Uzbekistan?"). According to Spot of 28 May 2025, Binance "temporarily suspended the P2P transfer feature for residents of Uzbekistan", while "deposits and withdrawals in the national currency via bank cards and local payment systems" remained available (translated from Russian).

Does COINPAY respond to reviews

COINPAY has no review profiles of its own on the platforms checked, so there are no official replies either. The contact channels on the coinpay.uz contacts page (collected on 24 September 2026) are Telegram @coinpay_help and the email address info@coinpay.uz. The latest post on the coinpay.uz blog is dated 28 January 2025.

Binance does respond to reviews from Uzbekistan: of the eleven reviews quoted above on Google Play, ten received a reply — seven on the same day and two (salavat gabdullin and Xusanova sarvinoz) on the next day. The reply to Ruslan Murtazayev's review is dated 11 January 2026, while the review itself on Google Play is dated 12 January 2026; dates are given in UTC+5. The replies are templated: the support chat or the deposit page. To the question about withdrawals to Humo, Binance replied on 10 June 2025: "Currently Humo cartage is not available to complete crypto withdrawals".

Why a search for "Coinpay reviews" brings up other companies

Other companies operate under similar names, and their pages are easy to mistake for reviews of the exchange. These sources do not indicate any link to COINPAY LLC:

  • CoinPayU (coinpayu.com) — as described by cryptorussia.ru (25 September 2025), "Coinpayu presents itself as a service that pays for surfing the internet, installing apps and watching promotional videos" (translated from Russian).
  • Coinpay (coinpay.com.au) — on Trustpilot, a TrustScore of 4.6 from 22 reviews, location: Robina, Australia.
  • CoinPayMaster (coinpaymaster.com) — an exchanger listed on BestChange, country: UAE.
  • CoinPay in the app stores — apps by Fancy Technologies (App Store) and IGotSolution (Google Play).

Check the domain: the exchange's is coinpay.uz.

What reviews and aggregators say

In a table on vc.ru (Vladislav Ch, 9 July 2026), CoinPay is listed with: "Fee: 0.25% · UZS: UZS · Status: accredited by NAPP" (translated from Russian). The source of the fee figure is not disclosed. The coinpay.uz pages (home, FAQ, contacts, blog) collected on 24 September 2026 contain no fee schedule. The same vc.ru article says: "Local platforms hold a direct NAPP license — Uznex, CoinPay, Crypto Trade, Kripto Market" (translated from Russian). According to the NAPP register, the license of Uznex (KOBEA GROUP, CE #0003) was revoked on 25 May 2026, and that of CRYPTO TRADE NET (CS #0001) on 24 October 2024 (breakdown of the register).

COINPAY licenses: where to verify them

In the NAPP register (checked on 24 September 2026), COINPAY LLC holds two licenses: crypto exchange CE #0004 (issue date in the register: 10 July 2023; basis: order No. 66 of the NAPP director of 10 July 2024) and crypto store CS #0011 (10 July 2024). In the list of specially authorized crypto exchanges, approved by NAPP order No. 49 of 1 June 2026, CE #0004 is dated 10 July 2024 — this discrepancy within the agency's own data is examined in the article on the register. The list contains two exchanges — COINPAY and ASTERIUM JSC (Asterium reviews): opening a crypto wallet on such an exchange is one of the conditions of the special regime for foreign nationals under subparagraph "b" of paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree PF-180 of 4 October 2025 (in force since 7 October 2025; as of 24 September 2026, the text on lex.uz carries no amendment notes).
